Well i dint bring it.he only asked For visa.which he checked on the passport

I did not get form I94 as this was my childs 1st time to enter usa.they dint ask for it.i left that part blank.

Hi all.i wanted to give an update on my n600k application as this site was very helpful. -I applied for US citizenship for my daughter through her late granddad as i dint have the needed 5yrs stay in usa. -Applied online in houston,texas.waiting times was 6.5months then(this might change) -Got an RFE after a month.Submitted it. An interview was scheduelled as per my availability. -Whole process took 6 weeks. -Travelled with b2 visa for my child after showing the appointment notice at the embassy. -Few questions, verification of details and certificate of citizenship was issued. -They asked my name,DOB,mine and my daughters,my late dads name. -Also asked for my return ticket back home and my birth certificate. -Now back in my home country and planning to apply for her passport here. I just managed to upload.i tried incognito mode and it worked but i think it was a coincidence should also be working on normal browser.So frustrating but i think its up and running.

I was asked for an RFE for n-600k and i sent it via email.If I try upload it on USCIS it keeps saying We could not upload your file. Please try again in a few minutes.Is this an issue Anyone else experienced this?

He was born in the USA and his birth certificate is from usa.he changed his name in Kenya.Unfortunately i dont have any government records to show.

Yes he changed his name because he changed religions.Everything is in his new name including american passport but his bithcertificate still has the old name. I thought this wouldnt be an issue as his american passport has the new name but apparently it is
