Well it is no several years later and its sad to say that Jamaica has not changed at all. My fiancé had is interview before his medical (expedite case) and the consular told him he was approved and once his medical came in the visa would be issued. He has locs and she drilled him about marijuana use, he admitted to use in the past and was referred to a psychiatrist. We are not awaiting his results from the psychiatrist. I am praying and hoping that he does not give us any issue. My fiancé's drug screen was clean but the person at the medical told him the final say is for the psychiatrist.

Anyone that has NOA2 already, how long did you wait to get your welcome letter from NVC?

I have the exact same date. Praying for us all! I hope we hear something before the end of April!
