    You can do that but you have to keep being a lpr till oath. Therefore, if it takes longer than 6 months. You need to go back USA and wait there. LPR can't live more than 6 months per year away of US. When it is not military takes more than a year applying for 319b

    Sadly. Probably EB2 is not moving dates forward until new year fiscal in October. So it will return to nvc because they can't expedite if it is not current.

    So Thomas they sent me an email today. Asking to request an interview appointment. It took 3 weeks from the nvc sending them the files. Expedited

    It is pcs season. Military families moving to the states. Lot of foreign military wifes asking in frankfurt. So I think there is backlog

    You won't get it done in 11 days that are missing. I am waiting since 28 of march. It is also expedited. You should have your interview and all done in 11 days. I wouldnt count on that. Probably you have to wait new year fiscal to be current again.

    Sorry but my case is cr1 visa. I am still waiting. Your case cant be expedite if your date is not current. It will be rejected. I don't see f2a date moving till new year fiscal. In october.

    I got an expedited request accepted and the case was sent to frankfurt embassy at ends of marz. I am still waiting

    Hello, My case was expedited at the NVC stage. It was approved and arrived at the consulate on 28 Marz. Since then it is being reviewed by the Frankfurt consulate and there was no further communication. How fast do they process expedited requests? How long will take for the interview? Thank you
