Yes, she's from Russia, but we had the interview in Madrid. -
It is coming up on a year since my wife's case has been in Administrative Processing since her interview. Each month on the anniversary of her interview I email the embassy for an update, yes I'm that annoying guy! Usually, they give me a very vague nonanswer about having to wait for the investigation to be concluded. Yesterday they told me that her case is with the Visa Chief. I have never heard that term before. Does anyone know who the Visa Chief is and if it is a person at the Embassy or at the Department of State in the USA?
