Thanks again! Few quick questions:: 1. Is the priority for the sponsored spouse is based on the data of birth? 2. Where can I check if a certain priority for a country is current? 3. Where can I check the NVC processing time if the priority date is current? 4. Where can I check the waiting time for an interview for a specific consulate (Ankara, Istanbul)? Oops... Here are some more details... Sponsor: green card holder Sponsored: Turkish Citizen in Istanbul. Marriage early June, 2022 Submitting I 130 request June 28th, 2022 Estimate I 130 Approval is July 20th, 2023. I am trying to get a date estimate on the interview date/ getting the visa in Turkey. Thanks a lot.

Hello - I am trying to get an understanding of the estimated time from I -130 Approval for a spouse of GC holder to getting an interview. Two sources of Information is giving two different response - Few weeks https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/us-visas/immigrate/nvc-timeframes.html While step 3 in the link below shows very different timing ( I 130 with an NVC receive date... ) (312 days as of today 5/4). https://www.visajourney.com/times/ir1-spouse-visa-historical/
