I submitted my application to remove conditions on residence in October 2022. Received NOA of receipt and 24 month extension on 10/10 and then accepted biometrics on 10/26. Been waiting since then, along with everyone else.
I signed up for Informed Delivery with USPS and 2 weeks ago, I saw that a letter from USCIS was being delivered. In the photo of the letter, I could see that the notice date is 3/22/23. The letter never got delivered. It's been about 2 weeks now and USPS basically said I'm SOL and that there's nothing they can do.
I checked my case status online and the last update is still for the biometrics from 10/26. I called the USCIC Contact Center and the automated bot confirms the last update was 10/26.
What else could it possibly be? I'm concerned it's an RFE, but who can I follow up with?
