So why dont they include that in the requirements? How are u supposed to know that if they dont actually say it? And when you ask they dont explain it like that. But I understand what ur saying.
It just feels like a delay tactic.
Just like asking for us to upload documents to CEAC that are already on CEAC.
Sure u can understand how frustrating and depressing this is. We are running out of time (dont want to explain publicly what I mean)
Yes maybe, but idk why when it isnt required when reading all the policies, requirements.
Im just frustrated that it just causes yet another delay. 3 yrs for a child is insane.
thank you
Um let me explain.
usc is petitioner/step parent and filled out I-864
parent is IR1 holder and was asked to fill out I-864A
All I can figure is they want whoever is on Taxes. (filled jointly) that being said. The petitioner makes well above the required minimum for both the parent and child
At interview spouse was asked for I-864A for son’s IR2. Spouse told officer that Petitioner makes well over the minimum income requirement and handed him proof. Officer said he didn’t care and demanded the I-864A to be done by parent of child or they wouldn’t issue Visa.
Anyone run into this?
Any thoughts on why?
I’m so tired of the wait that I was like at this point idc and submitted it, but I still want to know why they are requiring it.
NVC keeps rejecting Iraq birth certificate. I have tried to call, but the NVC phone service has been disabled. I tried to contact via online form. They just answer with generic send correct document.
How do I get out of this loop. There isnt another birth certificate.
We had our Turkish marriage documents rejected. Had to call to get them accepted, however, now u cant call NVC anymore. Phone service has been suspended.
I keep having birth certificate rejected. So idk …. Anyone else have any ideas?
I-130 sent to NVC 3-22-2024
I-824 approved 3-25-2024. (Asking for I-130 to be sent to NVC)
4-10-2024. Now Im getting all these notifications that my pending service request on the I-824 are still pending. 3 so far.
How do they not know I-824 was completed and the I-130 is at NVC???
The service request comes up and they dont even bother to look at the case, they just automatically send a message that the I-824 is still in process and the service request is still pending??
Idk what to think anymore. USCIS is making me crazy. Im dreading going through N-400 soon.
Anyone else have any experience like this? Just wondering if Im on an island.
yeah Arabic doesn't work like english. The characters are additive and change when they are next to one another.
Im just gonna send it without it. I just hoped someone that's native language is Arabic would have an idea, or tell me what they did.
On the DS-260 form it asks for name in native language. When I try to copy/paste, it puts the name backwards due to the fact that Arabic is read right to left and the form is defaulted left to right. Should I just skip this? Is it a big deal to skip it?
