I am in a very similar situation. My wife filed a I-130 online - I am beneficiary spouse. she is US citizen. we are here in US We need to file more forms - including the 131 and the I-485. I am a colombian here in the US now for 2 years. I arrive with tourist visa then I became a F1 student. I got married to a US Citizen one year ago. she did the I130 online for me. a green card is what we want - so my question is, is it possible to file the i-485 now, or do we wait? we want to visit colombia soon, so we need permesso, so i think it's i131. can we do AOS with the 131 at the same?. is there a time limit, or can we file these forms in paper next week or week after? thnk you any help is great
