Hello Folks: I have a quick Question, Please advise. I attended EB2 Interview at Montreal consulate with my wife and son in July 2023. Somehow consulate put my wife's case under administrative processing and issued visas to me and our Son. since July 2023 my wife's case is still under processing. Recently my wife delivered another baby in Canada, What should be the way forward for the newborn while mother's visa is under administrative processing. (Keep in mind father & elder brother of the baby had Green Card status). It's a tricky scenario but please advise the best way forward if anyone knows..? Much Appreciated.

Hello Folks: How long it takes USCIS status to show card has been mailed after activating green card. Does Status change right away or takes some time..?
-
@Kara.gana That Great News., Congrats for your daughter's visa. Unfortunately Our Status is still at refused with alot of case update date changes. We have sent email after 2 weeks but no response from the consulate. I don't know what's happening with our case, I pray they look into our file soon and issue visas. Finger Corssed!

Is it normal for Montreal Consulate to approve visa for one family member and hold other one with 5535. if so How long does consulate take to send passport back for approved applicant..?
-
Hi Guy's, Need Advise: I went to interview with my Wife and a toddler for EB Visa. Office told us that he is approving visa and you could get passport in 2 to 3 weeks. However after 3 hours my wife got an email from consulate to fill in 5535 and notified that they can issue visa to your spouse and baby. We Submitted 5535 same day but when I check CEAC status it showed refused both for myself and wife's as well. Don't know if they will issue visa to me and hold for my wife or we all get hold on until Wife 5535 is cleared..? I am really worried as I am working in the US and currently have to take time off due to passport held by consulate. really worried Please suggest if anyone like me gone through this hardship

Hi Guys, I need Immediate help with this topic. We have IV interview scheduled in July but in our petition my baby was not included in initial petition. Our baby was born after DQ date in NVC. Now after Interview been scheduled I emailed Montreal Consulate email but response from that email came in to contact Embassy or NVC for the case and they don't provide any contact information. Does Anyone contacted montreal consulate for adding derivative before..? Which email address did they sent request..? Any lead would help. Canada.Visas@gdit-gss.com

@ACC24 What was your DQ date? and do you know officially how much time we have to make final move to US after getting Green Card Processed at Border. I mean importing car, Car title transfer, License transfer, Buying/renting house and relocate permanently. Any official guideline from USCIS..?
