  1. Personally - I would file. But I'm not a legal expert or lawyer. But If I be in your situation I would file.
  2. If you're eligible - I would definitely file online! But at the same time I read in another N400 post that someone recommended waiting one or two months more before filing the N400 to ensure it's not getting pushed out or even rejected. I'm eligible in 2024 around May - I'm planning to wait until August to file - and then to file for a 'Beibehaltungsurkunde' to keep my German Passport as dual
  3. I work as a SQE and I have to travel for work roughly 50% of the time. Not looking forward to travel with a paper and an expired Greencard starting July... but it is what it is for now
  4. I hope for the same fast process! Mine just got delivered by UPS to the Elgin, IL Lockbox. Fingers crossed!
  5. OMG! 😄 somehow autocorrect got ahead of me... sorry about that!
  6. You can file online? I wish I could... I think only the neutralization, renewal one can be filed online. We got married in 19' I moved over right before COVID in April of 2020 - Got my 'conditional' Green Card in July 2021' - so I had to file the I-751 to remove these conditions. Net year I will file for Citizenship to go dual with my German one I want to keep
  7. Here's my story to this point: Green Card expires 01/07/2023 Filed today with UPS for the Elgin, IL Lockbox (4072) - sent via Express should arrive tomorrow before noon. Hoping for a quick process to receive the NOA for 48 months as I'm afraid of loosing my job and Drivers License if it doesn't arrive in time ☹️ I did not use a lawyer to file as the process itself seems very straight forward.
