    As long as you are in the 90 days and didnt ummm file 'to late' you are fine! As far as I know they go by the 'mail stamp' and not when they received it in. I sent mine on the 3rd and had notification that it's on site in the Chicago Area the next day! Message that it's on site took another 3 days! Let's see whats in my mail today.     I fear the same trouble here with the NOA and my DMV (Pennsylvania) my DL expires the same day my Greencard does (07/01/2023) but reading online it says a notice of action can be accepted as valid proof. It's sad that they make it so hard for tax paying, honest people to just keep a driver license. Once I have the NOA I will visit the local DMV and if they say it's not a valid proof I will have them call the HQ in Harrisburg. Worst case I might need this odd 551 Stamp or something in my Passport ? It's frustrating. Any PA Drivers here?!

    Informed Delivery shows 2! USCIS letters Cant wait to open them up! One moved somehow in the Envelope and I can already read that they will re-use my Biometrics 😃 .... The other one is probs the online log-in or NOA. Hope for the 3rd one tomorrow!

    Best of luck! I'm waiting for Mail to arrive... checking my USPS informed delivery every day ugh... the wait is the worst. If nothing is here by mid of next week I will check again that they have my correct address

    I noticed while filling out the form that the 'additional space' to list former address and other stuff... you cant type in the Name and Address field. This is the only one besides Signatures I didnt type in Adobe.

    The 'No blank space' rule from lovely Trump is not in place anymore... The only times I put N/A is for children as we have non. I also do not have a middle name and left it blank

    I read a lot about dual and not going dual... so far I didnt see many benefits of keeping the German one as 'we' could always get 're-immigrated'... It's more about the housing / property I we own in Germany and the money I paid into the retirement funds.

    Update Online Status changed to 'Case actively reviewed' Waiting for my NOA - hope to have it by end of this week or early next week.

    Please keep in mind that the CAROL STREAM address is only if you use USPS - UPS / Fedex and other forwarders use the Elgin, IL address

    Sounds efficient! Make sure that your Greencard copy is front and back! Personally I would change the first under Exhibit A Just call it G-1145 E notification - I dont know if you can file two of them? I just put in for my own record as the petitioner

    You mentioned 'Status Updated on myUSCIS - how did you access that? All I can do with the code I have from the text is to check the status under https://egov.uscis.gov/casestatus And that's all I get Once the NOA is here I hopefully can add it to my cases in my profile!

    SECOND UPDATE FOR THE DAY 😍 After doing some research in the Forum I saw that people use the USCIS Live Agent Chat function to confirm the address they have on file. The agent was really helpful and confirmed that our current Address is 'now' in the System 🙄... he also was able to tell me that my I-751 case was processed yesterday and that my case # will be IOE ********* Sadly sadly couldn't add the Case to my USCIS account as I dont have the access number yet. What a day...

    UPDATE: Yes its the reminder... that I'm now eligible to file 751. What kinda shocked me is that they originally set it to our old address... even that I filed the address change note last year in February right after we moved PLUS called last May to confirm that they received it as I never got any notification / confirmation back. And now over a year later they still used the old address for the reminder to file 751. Frustrating

    Cant stand the suspense.... I doubt it's the NOA as the Check wasnt cashed yet. I dont even have a case number 😮

    Wonder what that could be... delivered on Tuesday and no TEXT yet... Does USCIS send reminders when the 90 Day period opens up ? I will let everyone know once I open it up

    I dont even worry about that... the Greencard one two years ago was a piece of cake. If you are in a legitimate marriage you have nothing to worry about. I was sleepless for days and It was so calm and understanding.

    You should be absolutely fine with that! We added the deed of our house - 3 years of Tax transcripts, joint Bank account transcript, joint Credit card transcript, plane Ticket print out of our latest trip to Germany last November, Pictures and Social Media post of the past 2 years... one affidavit (we had a second one - sadly was written incorrect so we didn't file it)... Car Insurance in both names, Home insurance in both names, Health insurance under my employers coverage for both of us....

    I have a feeling that I wont get any Text update until next week due to Easter and Good Friday tomorrow! Fingers crossed for next week! Day 2 since it made it's way to Elgin Illinois Lockbox
