    No, I’m not trying to break the law here , seeing whether changing my address is a mandatory in case of EAD holders , as this case is different in h1b where you need the amendment to be filed

    Hi, please clarify whether I can still give my old address to my employer even after I move out to new state in EAD out of 485 concurrent filing. this is because my old address is in a state where there is no income tax and I can save lot of money on the tax. my employer does not require to come in person , I can work remote throughout my project. please advise
