Im sorry to hear your case stills received status...I feel so sad everytime I do the scans and I see all those cases still received....meanwhile many August and September filers are getting approved...😔 I can consider myself "lucky" I got a RFE last month and Im just waiting for them to review my documents and hopefully approve me...but Im a very sensitive person and I get sad really quick with all this...😔 A May filer got a RFE last 22 August after 468 days waiting....ITS INSANE...he stills happy bcs they finally touched his case but damn...not even NOA2😔

I know some ppl who didnt say they had criminal records and got NOA2 right away...my bf wanted to be honest and he told everything, his crimes are a DUI and a dismissed felony from 2009....they made us WAIT until June was less than 12% untouched and got a D**MN RFE....it has been more than a month since that happened...Im so frustated...I feel you man, we are in similar situation

I had a mental breakdown 2 days ago...Im going to hit 14 months waiting this Sunday and its affecting me deeply I even left FB group bcs it was making me mentally sick seeing others getting case numbers already...meanwhile I still waiting for NOA2... I know, yes Im envy...yes I am...thats why I left...it was hurting me so much...I just want to be with my bf and its so hard to be far away for months...We have been 4 years in long distance and its affecting me deeply too 8 days today since USCIS received our RFE documents, criminal records...Im scared wondering if they will deny us or not...its a nightmare
