    @ALC Did you get ds-5535?I didn’t get it, what I got is 221 g. Do you know the difference? I was told by the visa officer that as long as I mailed back the passports and Canadian police certificate, they will issue the visa in 2 weeks. I’ve mailed back my family’s passports and police certificates.Still waiting….

    @ALL I have interview on July 27 2023 at Montreal Consulate, I was requested to resubmit police certificate. Attached is the instruction I got from visa officer. The letter with instructions says to visit the following website https://ais.usvisa-info.com/en-ca/iv then I am to look for instructions on sending documents to the consular section but I can’t find that anywhere on the website! can someone please help me find the section (sending documents to the consular) Thanks

    @ALC I got AP, but kind of easy, I need to resubmit police certificate, they said they need another kind of police certificate, I’m so surprised. But they said after I mail back police certicate and passport, they will issue visa in 2 weeks, no need to come back to consulate.

    Our interview will be on July 27,2023. And we could be on similar situation to yours. My husband is holding TN, I'm the main applicant. Please let us know what happens in the future.

    This is the first time I heard that to return to US, we don't need a greencard. I reviewed you doc, it says "your passport with your visa and entry stamp as evidence of your status as a permanent resident" It doesn't say we can use it to enter US, and I didn't see one year valid.
