    Greetings! I wanted to know if a person with good income who already sponsored somebody (not a family member, as a joint sponsor), can they joint sponsor again? Is there a 3 years restriction or can they not sponsor a new person until the previously sponsored green card holder becomes a citizen? Your help is appreciated. thank you.

    Hello everyone! As my understanding, NVC asks for last 3 years of tax returns. My friend did not have enough income last 3 years. She just submitted the petition at USCIS for her spouse. She will be making enough (close to $23000) this year. Does she still need to get a joint sponsor? She doesn’t have any relative in USA. So, it is really hard for her to find a joint sponsor (She is a US citizen). Any advice is appreciated.
