    Hi! what should I answer on the question “at which U.S. Embassy or Consulate location will the beneficiary apply for an immigrant visa?” my parents are in the Philippines.. should I put the nearest Philippine Embassy from their place then? Thank you!!!

    Hi Everyone! i’m filling out the form online for petitioning my parents. On the “What is the beneficiary’s A-number?” question, i clicked the “they do not have an A-number” box because they don’t have one yet but the warning message keeps on appearing whenever i check that box. Should I just ignore it or what should I do? Your help is appreciated. thank you in advance!

    Hi! Can anyone provide a list of documents you included when you filed I-130 to petition your parents? I will be including my parents birth certificate and their marriage certificate also my birth certificate, certificate of citizenship and me&my husband’s marriage certificate what else am I missing? thank you in advance for your help! ❤️

    Hi Everyone! I am a US citizen and on the process of filing I-130 for my parents. My father’s address (the city name) on my parents marriage certificate is missing a letter. It was typed as “Tagig” instead of “Taguig”. my question is, has anyone had the same issue? Did you need to correct it or you still submitted the marriage certificate with the address that was spelled wrong? Was it accepted/approved? I will be so much grateful for all of your replies. thank you all and praying for everyone’s successful journey! 🙏🏼
