I just filed I-130 for my father but I forgot to include my Maiden Name on the question “have you used any other names since birth?” Is there a way to edit the form submitted online?

Hi! what should I answer on the question “at which U.S. Embassy or Consulate location will the beneficiary apply for an immigrant visa?” my parents are in the Philippines.. should I put the nearest Philippine Embassy from their place then? Thank you!!!

Hi Everyone! i’m filling out the form online for petitioning my parents. On the “What is the beneficiary’s A-number?” question, i clicked the “they do not have an A-number” box because they don’t have one yet but the warning message keeps on appearing whenever i check that box. Should I just ignore it or what should I do? Your help is appreciated. thank you in advance!

Hi! Can anyone provide a list of documents you included when you filed I-130 to petition your parents? I will be including my parents birth certificate and their marriage certificate also my birth certificate, certificate of citizenship and me&my husband’s marriage certificate what else am I missing? thank you in advance for your help! ❤️
