  1. Hello! I’m just wondering if we can print the version out from the docs tab and get our evidence sent off asap or does it have to be the official letter from USCIS? Thanks
  2. Apparently USCIS changed the way their API works, so sites that pull this data are unable to anymore until they get it sorted. These dates are very inaccurate at the moment, hopefully they fix this soon.
  3. Hello, starting to feel the impatience creeping up! Anyone else got a PD of June 28? Hope we all hear soon
  4. Hi All, I posted a few months ago regarding the wait times of our petition dropping dramatically. Recently, the wait time dropped to one week and it is now saying "it is taking longer than usual etc...". (Pictures below) My question is, how does this work? Will we now be seeing this same message for a year or is it likely to change in a few months. As seen by the images, we submitted the petition on the 28th June and it started getting reviewed on 15th Sept. Will there be any insight to this or is it just a blind waiting game now? I am sorry for being impatient, but we got a bit excited seeing that the times were dropping and now we just want to prepare for what's ahead. Thank you!
  5. Hi all, I just wanted to ask if its normal for the processing time on USCIS to drop dramatically in a short amount of time? Our application went from 10 months until case decision (submitted in June) to recently dropping to 2 months and now it is saying 5 weeks. We obviously didn't expect this so I'm just wondering if its normal? It is now saying 5 weeks until case decision and that USCIS is actively reviewing our case. Many thanks!!
  6. Hi all, apologies if this question has been asked previously - I couldn't seem to find any information on it. My fiancé and I are planning on getting married in June. She is a US citizen and I am a UK citizen. I will be on an ESTA. I was just wondering if there are any rules/recommendations about getting married and then me staying with her for a couple of months. I am not planning to stay permanently, but I have an opportunity to stay for a couple of months. So my question is can we file the petition whilst I am there and can I then stay there for a couple months after filing? Or will I have to be in the UK to file the petition? Thanks!!
