    She just messaged me she she arrived in December of 2019 and left in July of 2022. Covid was one delay as well as someone stealing her money was another.

    I'm posting for someone as a favor from England. She overstayed her B1 due to Covid and has left and now wants to return. I understand there could be a minimum time before she can apply or is there a way to appeal it with the Covid issues?
