    Hello, I passed the interview in the embassy in January but was told that my husband have to file i601 form because of my overstay. I left US voluntarily and never was deported. My ban is till 2028. He applied for me in February 2023. Afterwards we filed the expedite request and it was denied. How long does it usually take for case like this to be processed? If someone has the same situation please let me know what are the possible outcomes . Thank you
