    NOA2 April 6, 2023. USCIS say they sent my petition to NVC on June 6, 2023 and NVC responded to my email today saying they have not received it and give it 6 weeks. It has been over 11 weeks already! Already emailed NVC Research and spoke to Tier 2 USCIS support. Anyone else in the same boat ?

    NOA2 (April 6, 2023) 67 days ago and counting.... NVC has not received approved file from USCIS!

    Thank you for the information! So since my case # is 497XX range I am assuming I fall under the 49500 bracket ? I’m anxious for the approval 106 untouched cases let’s go!

    Im confused my range is 497xx however when i look at the total cases for 49500 it shows 198. So how does that work ?
