    EAD filed for July 10th and approved+card produced but not yet delivered as of 8/25/2024. Filing concurrently with i-765, biometrics taken 7/15.

    We sent ours to Chicago a week before you and it just got processed. Definitely wait. You don't want two petitions floating around.

    USCIS uses postmark dates to determine eligibility; don't worry about the expiry of your i-94 authorization so long as you got married within the 90-day timeframe.

    It's been taking a few months. Just keep waiting. If you submit another they will cash both checks and it can complicate things.

    It’s not a problem.
     
    If they met in person in the period of two years before filing I-129f and they can adequately demonstrate that, then I don’t see an issue - your mom can file.
     
    However, having myself gone through K1, I’d like to recommend spousal visa. It’s a better choice.
