  1. I saw it come through on myUSCIS first, the notice came in the mail about a week later 🙂
  2. EAD filed for July 10th and approved+card produced but not yet delivered as of 8/25/2024. Filing concurrently with i-765, biometrics taken 7/15.
  3. We sent ours to Chicago a week before you and it just got processed. Definitely wait. You don't want two petitions floating around. USCIS uses postmark dates to determine eligibility; don't worry about the expiry of your i-94 authorization so long as you got married within the 90-day timeframe.
  4. AOS is $1440, EAD is another $260 now. Advance Parole also went up to $630. These payments can (should) be added together if filed concurrently. These were all included in the AOS previously, but as of April 1, 2024, they all cost money. https://www.uscis.gov/forms/filing-fees/frequently-asked-questions-on-the-uscis-fee-rule
  5. We had the same thing happen, just got the rejections back this week for the Advanced Parole (i-131) and EAD (i-765). Since it's a much quicker AOS for K-1 visas, we'll be skipping the ($630) i-131 entirely. Refiling the i-765 Monday with the new G-1450 for $260. Rejection letter says they didn't record these, so at least it's not the process of filing defensively, but it's very frustrating when we need the EAD approval to get a valid state ID and they were already 3 weeks past their stated processing time.
