31 days since they have received it. how did you receive their response, through mail or CEAC? Also what is Priority Date? I am suspecting they won’t send me a response because my PD is Jul 22 2022

Very happy for you @snm2212 how did you receive the response? it’s been 31 days for myself and nothing. I keep sending inquiries every three days and I just receive an automated email stating they have a lot of cases abd I should be patient.

Did everyone noticed that NVC did not update their timeframe this Monday? https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/us-visas/immigrate/nvc-timeframes.html not sure if that's a good thing or a bad thing

I submitted on Mar 1st, my DS-260 along with fees was submitted on Feb 5th.

Yes. I am doing counselor processing and already submitted to NVC. how does that affect me? What I mean, for EB2, the retrogression is affecting AOS

I think it is. https://www.uscis.gov/green-card/green-card-processes-and-procedures/visa-availability-priority-dates/adjustment-of-status-filing-charts-from-the-visa-bulletin It metnions only AOS will use Final action dates chart for next month

Just to add they confirmed they received the mail. All of the requirements from their side as employment based GC is covered in terms of documents. everytime I receive a reply from my inquiry it’s almost automated and entails I should have patience and they have a higher load. The good info I got from their side is they received the mail.
