  1. Hi @annrose, I called with tier 1 customer service and they created a ticket for an online account specialist callback or e-mail. Turnaround time was mentioned 7 days, but may be faster. Let's see how both methods unfold with the desired outcome. I also noticed that the "Upload Evidence" button does not work, and brings me right back to the case home page. Also wanted to add that as of: 03/21/2023: Received Official NOA with 48 month extension. Never really thought of having to travel with 2 sheets of paper in addition to your expired greencard and passport would be so nerve wrecking.
  2. Hello Fellow Aliens, Joining the mob. Please see my timeline below. Similar to @annrose post today, my online account does not show notice documents, Did you use the message option in "myaccount", or did you file mail not received tab? According to customer service tier 1, they are able to view 2 of the same extension letter 797NOA's, but I can't. Also, i have only received the online account access document + biometric reuse documents in the mail. No extension letter in mail. Let the waiting game begin! Good luck to all!
