    First February 2023 that I have seen. 350 Days. Not mine but mine is same date. But at the same time I am also seeing a lot of cases from 2022 back from May and on still pending

    That's not accurate, unreasonable delay and average processing time are not tied.

    I'm glad to see more cases than I thought were adjudicated last week. Really feel bad for those that have waited for 3 years to get a NF My case made it to DOS Feb 2 2023, and I have filed a writ of mandamus on Dec 15 2023, so I'm hoping it's my turn soon - but discouraged to see so many NFRs.
