Thank you! Do you know what the difference between dates for filing family-sposored visa applications and Final Action dates for family sponsored preference cases? Status of dates for filing family-sposored visa applications is still current -
I am permanent residence and submitted my husband's I-130 last June when visa bulletin status was current. However, the visa bulletin for April, Final Action dates for family sponsored preference cases of F2A is changed from current to 08Sep20. What does this mean to us? We've been waiting for NOA2 but does this change gonna affect to NOA2? or since I submitted I 130 last June when status was current, is it ok?
