    My documents will be delivered today. This is second time i have submitted my documents as they have asked police report from the UK. Hope we will be DQed same day

    In your welcome letter, have they anywhere mentioned https://nvc.state.gov/mail this website to find mailing address? If so submit to the same address although they say different address in DS260 form. Thats what I did and it worked

    I have send my documents via DHL. HOpefully they will be delivered by April 05 (according to DHL).

    My PD is Sept 29, 2022. There is no message tab in my CEAC nor a tab to upload documents,. SO everthing is by email.

    I am also happy that I got their response and sad that I have to submit missing documents to them. haha... 31 days is the time you send your documents or they received. My documents was delivered to them on March 06. And I received response this morning. Please calculate your timeframe accordingly. And send them inquiry too.

    May be. I just send my documents to them as i already have them. They will be delivered on April 5. Sadly I need to wait another 25 days to get response.

    Based on my experience, they dont send acknowledge email after they receive documents (have seen many others facing similar issue). Try sending public inquiry to check whether they have received your documents (after few days of delivery date) just to be sure. The wait time is 24-25 days for us (from my and other people's DQ update). So better to have patience till then. And dont rely on timeframe published by NVC (thats not for us i guess). Correct address to send mail (although there might be different address shown in top page of DS260) : 😞https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/us-visas/immigrate/submitting-documents-to-the-nvc.html Try sending public inquiry after 22-24 days asking for an update. Hope this helps to everyone. And please keep updating.

    I already have it. But need to mail them unfortunately. I am not sure why they ask for police certificates for a country where i have been living only for 5 months now.

    Hello All, I got an update today after 26 days asking for missing documents. Hope my timeline will be useful to someone who send documents by mail and EB2 case.

    My documents arrived NVC at 06. BTW I just received an update asking for more document. Means they have looked into my case. 26 days for me. Hope my timeline helps for someone who send documents by mail. EB2 case
