Because if they ask me something about this person, i have no information, almost no connection with this relative, and what if a person have no idea that have a relative in US ? this person will also answer with "No", this is kind of confusing to me

Hello, I am a crew member on a ship and i am going to ask for the C1D visa, (this is my second C1D visa), in the ds-160 i have to answer "Yes" or "No" for the question "do you have any other relatives in the US?" the thing is, i just found out that a half-nephew that i have no contact went to US 1 year ago, and now i don't know what to answer here, can anyone help me with this doubt? thanks.
