  1. We need some help... I have tried countless times to contact the USCIS Contact Center to no avail. The automated call won't transfer me to a real person even after asking, instead saying it would have to end the call if I kept asking. Their LiveChat assistance tells me I need to send a letter to the office and let them know of the error and how to fix it, however we have no idea how to format the letter or what to include for it, as well as if we need to fill a whole new form again? The mistake isn't anything too major. We didn't know his mother was from Russia and we put Belarus instead, and that is the only error on our application. How should we go about fixing this? Is it even worth fixing in the end or will it come back to bite us if we don't? Thank you for your time and we greatly appreciate all the help!
  2. Hello!! My fiancé and I plan to submit letters of intent as proof that we are able and plan to marry within the 90 days time. However, we are not sure if we need to submit the original copies with our physical signatures, or will a photocopy suffice? We want to file as soon as possible and I won't be able to visit him again until the summer. Would he have to mail his to me or can we submit reprints of our letters? Thank you!
  3. Thank you! I'm also wondering if our letters of intent have to be the original copies when sending, or will a copy suffice? Mostly asking just in case they need the physical signature or if the copy would work just as fine.
  4. We were struggling with the part where it says "Your beneficiary's name and address in his or her native alphabet". His native language uses Cyrillic, but he currently resides in a country that uses Roman letters so his current address wouldn't be written differently. Do we fill out his name in Cyrillic in that part and leave the address blank, or leave the entire section black as he is not currently living in his native country? Or do we put his native address instead written like his name? I'm unsure of what to do here...
