Another quick question for me... I just noticed on the Interview Letter my zip code is mis-spelled. It was mis-spelled by my lawyer when submitting the DS-260 and I didn't catch it. Can I still register the interview and then fix the zip code issues afterwards? Like at the consulate? Or so I need some type of Corrected Form DS-260?

Another quick question - I am trying to register my interview and it's asking my my DS-260 number. Which one is that? Is it the Invoice ID number? Can anyone help pls?

Congrats - I got DQ one day ahead of you lol but still waiting, now there's hope haha. DO they send email for IL? Congrats!!! What do you mean by overnight? it's a physical letter and not email?

Hey guys, just curious as I haven't received my interview date/time yet, what is the minimum of assets required? Also, if I have a co-sponsor (besides my petitioner) and she has sufficient income, do I still need to prove that level of assets? Furthermore, if our assets are actual US property, do we just put an estimate value there and show ownership, or do you actually need appraisal etc? Thanks all!

I've tried it multiple times - I keep getting traveler not found. I tried both with or without middle name, same result. Is there something I'm missing here?

Another general question for the group - how do you guys retrieve your US travel history for Canadian citizens? Google suggests the CBP I-94 website, but for Canadian citizens you never get an I-94... Thanks again!

Thank you both, very informative! I was specifically interested in whether they actually get a real chance to look through your file before the interview and pretty much know everything about you - I gather from what you've said they indeed review the documents in detail prior to the interview. This will be very helpful in my case. Thanks again Thanks a lot! I take it your interview was relatively recent - does Administrative Processing have a limit (like 60 days)? Are you still waiting?

Just curious if there is anyone on this forum that had some prior immigration issues in US? Such as visa overstay, deportation etc. I'm basically curious to know if you make it through USCIS and get DQ-ed, does that mean they already went through all that history and the interview is mostly just a small formal final step? Or do they go in entire history and start picking up on your history and then put you on the forever waiting list? Any inputs would be appreciated!
