    Same for us. My Greencard arrived in mail today. My sons didnt. He came to the interview with us, we filed for him same as for me. His 130 was approved after the interview but no update on his 485. anyone has any experience with stepchildren ?

    Hey there, we filed aos from esta in April. The online portal shows „interview scheduled“ for the i-130 as well as for the i-485 as of yesterday. Is this normal? I haven’t received the actual invite in the mail yet and there’s no documents in the online portal. Does this mean we will have to attend 2 separate interviews? I thought it would only be 1. my spouse was married before (8 years ago) and went trough the process of filing for his spouse back then. Could this have anything to do with that? Confused. Anybody knows how the process with the I-130 and I-495 normally goes? We filed concurrently thanks!
