  1. Yup ,Unfortunately NVC process is so behind, even more behind than their own time frame. USCIS to NVC at this moment takes around 30-40 days. RFE usually has 90 days due date, however look like there is no time frame for USCIS to make decisions after RFER. Approval or denial are vary between 7 to 60 days after RFER. Best thing is USCIS processing more case daily compare to 2-3 months ago, that will help reduce backlog somehow... Only Positive thoughts and faith make this journey easier since USCIS process will stay a mystery. Some day soon we all be with our loved ones
  2. submit and inquiry every week, they should find it and email you case# & invoice ID. look like time frame between NOA2 to NVC increased a lot in past couple weeks.
  3. Don't worry and keep your faith, fair or not this new process that USCIS using now like 65% of cases will approve in 13-14 months and 35% take longer like 16-17 months. my application was for Dec 2021, and just got RFE! i thought they lost my case since even my FOIA came back with no results!!! it's just matter of the time/luck but eventually we all be with loved ones soon!
  4. They sent me RFE on last Wednesday and still haven't received it in mail! They should have uploaded it online as well... Just so much waiting in each steps 🤯
  5. Hi, How long does it usually take to receive RFE in mail?
  6. Does anyone know why exactly those old cases (before sep 2021) haven't been touched yet? That makes me worry...
  7. Story of my life! Today is the date.... Hopefully soon for all of us 🙏🏼
  8. Have you tried to call the airline? Some airlines like Delta, Lufthansa, Air France,...etc. you can download the history online (i did recently) however I don't think that's being any issue you already have other proofs
  9. December has roughly 15% untouched case + around 20% touched(RFE, RFER or pending) and 65% completed(includes approved, denied or rejected) Technically December still have 35% left which is 1258 cases need to be decided. This week around 120 December case completed, if this continue for future weeks, this will take almost 3 more months to complete all Dec . All I'm saying is 60-70% of the case get a faster decision around 13-14 month and 30-40% of cases 17-18 months.
  10. USCIS only trying to complete around 60% of the cases for each month to meet their 2023 goal...that means whoever is lucky will be in this 60% and whoever not (like me and most of the people for end of the Dec 2021) would left behind. They are also increasing processing time so no one try to submit case inquiry! Of course we are seeing huge improvement on numbers but, those numbers don't present everyone's case...
  11. Of course No 32000!!... That's just ridiculous! Processing time keep going up and no one is responsible! It's not just a bad day. It's been like this in past 15 months. No one can understand what we're going through ... @grumpypiggy @mw & rg k1 thanks for updating
  12. 😔 They forgot about Week of Dec 20-Dec24 ... I'm Frustrating
  13. Whatever I'm seeing from data, look like they just randomly choose any dates/months... There is no consistency! For Some people like us, wait time is going to be 3-4 months more than others Not fair ...
  14. I just don't get it, how come there is only few changes for 12-20 to 12-24... Most of the cases from Dec 2021 are still untouched and USCIS started Feb2022 cases ... 😔
  15. WAC22900326** submitted 12/22/21 NOA1 12/23/21 still waiting ...
  16. I called them, they said probably system issue they were able to give me the status, but that just weird stayed like this for a while
