Overall nothing actually changed in processing time, just waiting time switched from USCIS to NVC (which I still blame USCIS)... I really hope by your time everything going to be better. ✌️

I talk to the Senator Cornyn office today and technically they said, they can't do anything and you need to wait 2-3 months until NVC receive it. he avoided to tell me why but look like there was some errors in USCIS ends that took sometimes to NVC clear it. I'm going to reach out to another Senator...

Please let us know when you got a call back from Tier 2. I am in week 3 and haven't heard anything yet.

And what are we trading (Dec 2021 filers) that didn't even have an early approval? Haha Whatever happening is in USCIS and a political mystery! There is a Regular backlog in embassies and regular timeline for other visa in NVC...

Of course! In their official letter , they stated " we have SENT" ... Please allow 30 days to NVC receive it... Sorry to say this but as much as we not saying anything and do nothing and just wait , they keep delaying process. Unfortunately regular USCIS operator have no knowledge and they just reading and responding from the transcript. Call USCIS ask for tier 2 agent, yes it will take up to 30 days to call you back but it worth.

Please, please everyone send email/mail to the Senators/representative. Need to push it need to force them to do something... Look like all other cases going to NVC less than 30 days, USCIS only hold i129f cases. This is an unreasonable delay!

This process just frustrating and annoying! I was checking other petition sending to NVC quickly after approval but why finance petition delayed for 90 days? I can't find any answers! USCIS and NVC both responding like a robot ... They committed to send our petition in 30 days (mentioned in approval notice) but who knows who's responsible for this delay! Thousand of illegal Cross borders everyday and they have priority more than us! Unbelievable... I'm just tired, tired of this unfair process . I called USCIS and ask to talk to tier 2 agent and was told they will call me back in 30 days!!! Yes we waited more than 17 months and everyone says 2,3 more months is not a big deal but, it is ! Believe me. When we applied estimated time was 6 months and here we are still counting days after days...

I asked the same thing, and the USCIS agent said eventually most of the people will pass their deadline and there is nothing you need to worry about! Consular/Embassy are aware of that.

What's the hold up? NVC or USCIS? Why they're not sending it to NVC?

Are you talking about US passport? Shouldn't be any issue but, keep in mind waiting time for passport renewal is also around 8-12 weeks now.

Quick question, On approval notice is saying valid until 8/28. What happens if I don't receive interview appointment by that date?

I'll visit her sometimes in July and again for interview that probably is in September. Yup, I wish NVC speed up their process.

I filled it out, look like doesn't need to submit it to NVC and applicants should only have it for interview.
