  1. My fiancé and are applying for the K-1 visa, She is US citizen (petitioner) and live in Kenitra, Moroccan citizen (beneficiary). We are now finishing up the packet for her to submit to her lawyer. The only thing she needs from me is the INTENT TO MARRY WITH 90 DAYS UPON US ENTRY, and both of my friends affidavit letters attesting to our bona fide relationship. I have them translated already, what I'm having trouble with is that her lawyer needs these documents NOTARIZED. I have no clue where to go get these letters notarized or who to ask for help about this subject. Does anybody know where I can get these services done at in Kenitra or surrounding areas? I'm new to this whole process and I need to get these documents notarized ASAP.
  2. So if my gf comes to Morocco, we get married here. You are telling me there is a faster way for me to go to the US? I'm not sure why this lawyer told her that the fastest way to get to NC was through the K-1. We did mention that we wanted to marry in Morocco, but this lawyer said it was going to take 2-3 years for me to get to the US. So that's why we went with the K-1 visa to marry legally in the US. She said it would be a faster process. 🙄
  3. Thank you for all for all your help. We do plan on having a wedding celebration in Morocco in the near future. But my US gf was advised by her lawyer that the fastest way for me to get to the US was through the K-1 Visa 😕
  4. I am located in Kenitra, Morocco. Which is why I'm having trouble to finding a notary (apostille service) where they can notarize this statement letter.
  5. I'm applying for a K-1 visa to the US, and my fiance's lawyer is asking for letter of intent to marry signed and notarized. Does anyone know where I can get this document notarized at? Thanks.
