I-751 March 2023 Filers
CCCas replied to D. Sala's topic in Removing Conditions on Residency General Discussion
i PERSONALLY think that using a credit card is ok. The only regret you should have is not filing the case earlier. You had 3 months (as early as December 10) to file it and had less than a month when you filed it. You also should've notified your bank about an upcoming charge so they're aware. YOU SAYING "YOU WILL REGRET IT" by using the card tho when it's your late filing that actually contributed to it. Nothing personal just an observation. Nonetheless, you made it. Welcome to March filers hehe. -

Most of us had biometrics re-use notices. Did you change your name? I dont know why they wanted yours again. What's your service center? Also, nothing is showing up on my DOCUMENTS tab until now. IDK if some people have stuff in there in theirs. -

I doubt that. I saw that on lawfully but it just went from acceptance to decision. no other status. just those two. no card being produced or whatever. Unless it was an outright rejection of his petition. Just my opinion. i dont know. -

do they send text messages around midnight still? sorry my anxiety levels stages: -before sending out package to make sure everything is filled out, complete DONE -while being mailed/shipped out that it won't be lost in transit DONE -check doesn't bounce or card declined CURRENT -text message that USCIS received application, hoping it wasn't rejected CURRENT -NOA extension letter sent/ hoping it is not lost in the mail -and every time an alert shows up on email/text from USCIS. LOL -

just wondering, so are IOEs like they scan everything we send and the IOs just review it on their computers when it gets assigned to them? that's a lot of scrolling. also can someone post the bottom of the page of the NOA that shows the service center? blurred out some details of course. -

Which field office processes IOE code? IOE is the code. As we know, the three letters before your receipt number usually indicate the office or service center where your case is being processed. In the case of the IOE code, I don’t actually know what that stands for or if it stands for anything, but, it means is that it was a digitally filed application. So, you filed it digitally, or in some cases, forms like the I-485, USCIS will take the paper application that you sent and then scan it and digitize it and turn it into a digital file for adjudication. Those IOE forms mean that your case is being processed digitally, which is usually good news because those cases tend to flow through the system a bit faster. You don’t have to wait for them to move your file around. And at the point at which the adjudicator is ready to approve your case, they can simply do that in the system, and it will send an automated message to the green card processing and printing facility to go ahead and print and ship your green card. That’s one thing that the USA has really been trying to push forward with is this modernization and digitalization of their process. And, if you get this receipt number, that indicates that you’re one of the people who are part of that process. https://www.boundless.com/blog/former-uscis-officer-answers-immigration-questions/ -
