Aos from asylum pending case
Kingsman replied to Kingsman's topic in Adjustment of Status from Work, Student, & Tourist Visas
Her application is just pending and she got her social and work permit. She entered the us on a tourist visa and she Diane have an asylum lawyer. -
I have my mother living in the us now under a pending allocation of asylum. Can i do AOS for her and should i get a lawyer? Or i can do it myself?
