  1. I am assuming this part of the process wont be a challenge at all for us. but as iam preparing the information for this I-134 do i really need past 3 years of tax returns?

I have 2006 and 2007,but in 2005 i didn't have any taxes and i didnt file at all, i have heard if you include tax records you need 3 years.. i am sure there is a workaround in this circumstance? I will also provide my fiance with a letterhead from my employer and pay stubs for this year. so just give me any insight on what i should do and how i should approach this.

    Thanks

  2. Congrats!! If all goes well like it seems to be, maybe your NOA2 will get there in a much shorter time that most of the people on this site who were stuck in the backlog which appears to be caught up now or almost!!

    Hopefully so

vermont is a good SC from what i hear so i am not as worried about the processing time as much as if it had been sent to california haha

  3. Received Hard Copy NOA1 today were so excited and nervous too!

Sent the I-129F on 2/22/08 and took a total of 10 says to receive the hard copy but the website said they got it on 2/27/08

so i am just elated.. now comes the long wait

I met my fiance on april 21 of 2007 and we had talked over the net for about 6 months and then i met her in the philippines and stayed 3 weeks(proposed woooo) and it was the best 3 weeks of my life ever(i would seriously do it a million times).. i miss her so much, but today i am very happy because now were another step closer to being together forever. and beginning a long journey but i am very happy and nothing could erase the joy iam feeling at this moment and i havent even been approved yet lol.
