Hello, My husband currently has an E2 status (for the past 6 yrs) and expires in June 2023. After we got married, I filed form I-130 in October 2022 and form I-485 in December 2022. What form would we need to file to extend his E2 status while we wait for an approval so he can continue working? Thank you.
