When I was 15 or 16, this girl I broke up with told police I bruised her. It wasn’t true, but anyways I did get a record. i took community service for a few days, and was told if I stay out of trouble the record would be removed. I don’t remember what the charge is. And i could not find any record, nobody has it. It doesn’t exist. It’s been wiped clean. is this charge going to affect my k1 visa application? Can this be considered a violent problem and I can be denied? Thanks
