Hi Everyone,
Here is my situation:
My wife currently lives in London; she is a student and will graduate in May.
After she graduates, she will go back to China.
On Form I-130, Page 5, Part 4, 11.a-11.h, Beneficiary's Physical Address, I put her current address in the UK.
On Page 8, 57.a-58.f, I put her address in China in Chinese.
On 62.a-62.c, I stated that she will apply for an immigrant visa abroad at the U.S. Embassy in Guangzhou.
I notice the note in the form:
We want to receive the packet at my wife's address in China and have the interview at the U.S. Embassy in Guangzhou since she will be graduating and going back to China soon.
My questions are:
Will USCIS use the address I provided in Chinese on pages 8, 57.a-58.f to send the packet to my wife, or will they use the address I provided in Part 4, 11.a-11.h, Beneficiary's Physical Address?
If USCIS will use the address provided in Beneficiary's Physical Address, should I change the address to her address in China as her physical address?
Or should I send what I have now and inform them of the address change in May by filling AR-11?
If I should go with AR-11, will it cause a big delay?
Thank you for reading, and I would appreciate any input you could provide.
