    What's happening with USCIS? We sent the application on February 13th, 2024, did the biometrics on March 19, got an RFE, and responded on March 28. Since then, nothing has happened, and when I check my account on USCIS, it says the process will take 13 months!! We have been waiting for 9 months now. So you're telling me the process will take 2 years to get a Green Card?

    Hi! They emailed me back the same day they received the documents from SLS with an interview date and other documents they needed us to bring on that date. Let me know if I can help with anything else since we are working with the same embassy.

    Does anyone know how long it takes after the interview to receive the visa? I hear on some websites that it takes from 3-5 months. I hope that's not true.

    Yes, I had the same issue. I sent an inquiry to the embassy and they emailed me with what documents they needed to move forward with the process, after I sent the documents they sent an email with the interview date. So, I would advise you to contact the embassy where you will be doing the interview.

    Did you receive any letters from the embassy? It's been 10 days and we still can't schedule an interview. They only responded to my inquiry asking us to send them the documents that they needed but did not schedule an interview.

    @Deekol, no not yet, I had to send an inquiry to the embassy but still waiting it's been 10 days since the status changed to ready.

    Case status changed to ready today (09/04) not sure what to do next. Hopefully, you all receive your case numbers soon and your status will change to ready soon.

    Our status changed to in Transit today after 67 days of NOA2. But it also says that NVC provided the interview date and it wasn't. What should I do?

    I sent the fourth inquiry on 08/13. I got a response today with the case number but no invoice ID. Do I need that? And what are the next steps? Thank you in advance! NOA1: 06/13/22 NOA2 : 06/23/23 NVC Received: 08/10 NVC Case #: 08/17

    NVCResearch@state.gov I emailed them to confirm that NVC received my petition from USCIS I did not email them to ask for a case number.

    Yesterday, I emailed NVC Research with our case number and attached the NOA2, I received a response today that the case was received. I emailed NVC Research after sending 2 inquiries to NVCinquiry. I hope this helps a little.

    It's been 48 days and NVC still says the case was not received.

    My Case was approved 36 days ago. I sent an inquiry precisely on the 30tiest day after not hearing anything from NVC. They replied 3 days after saying the case was not received. Is this bad?
