Normally, it takes like 6- 8weeks after they receive the missing document before the queue gets to you again, if you were not issued during interview. Nothing you can do, you just have to wait the queue. However, when they got to my turn, they discovered that they did not take my fingerprints well, so I was aksed to come back. They gave me another date close to 3 weeks again. I went there, they approved the visa, and apologise, for having me come over to montreal again. I got the visa some days later. It just the wait that kills, believe me you will get it, its just time.

Yes, my family is currently in the states. Visa was later issued, I was told to come to Montreal though to do some fingerprints again.

Unfortunately, they did not capture my fingerprints well during the interview. I got an email to come back on April 21 for my fingerprints to be properly taken. Other members not affected. So down here is what you need. RCMP-Others Th

Congrats, my family case is similar, hope we get the same tomorrow. We have been on Refuse for a 5 weeks for RCMP - wrong Certificate. Today it change to Ready, but only for our two kids (Hopefully its for all). I hope to see a issue tomorrow. All the best in the US of A

Lets be hopeful, we submitted our document 28 Februray, 4 weeks just passed. So hopefully, they get to us, others said it took them less than six week. Let me know if you get a better news.

I was told it takes between 4 - 6 weeks, some says sometimes 8 weeks, before it clears. I pressume there are lots of people in that queue, so they attend to it one after the other. Did you send them any email at any time?

Thanks, but the last email, I got was that it is waiting for CO review. I think it is background checks and all, we should havebe informed. All we were told was to bring another kind of Police Certificate. My thinking...

Oh wow, awesome, happy for you. Did you get to send them any email while you were waiting? Our interview was on 9 February, and they recieved our ceritifcate on the 28 of February, we are still waiting. Anyways, congratulations.

Hello, any luck with your case? My family also had similar issued, refused for incorrect Police Certificate. We have been waiting fo close to 4 weeks now.

I need to ask a question please, its about DV process. Grateful if anyone have good expereicne on this My family went for a DV interview on 9 February, but I used the wrong Police Certificate, I was told to get the RCMP, then resumit with our (Wife and I with two kids), out passport with the Police Certificate for my wife and I. When we got home our status was Refused with the long text. We sent the document on 21 Feb, today I saw status date updated but the Refusal was still there. I was hoping it should at least change to AP and then approve. I am not sure why it still remains on Refusal. This is DV Lottery interview, and its most times processed faster.
