Got it. Thank you very much. So, I won't upload my mother's birth certificate in I-30.

I appreciate your comment here. I am filing I-30 for a parent. Do I need to upload my parent's birth certificate too? I read that in froums that it is required in sibmission by mail but do not see any section for uploading online. Can I uploaded them in the section of the portioner's birth certificate alongside mine(the petitioner)? Thank you.
