  1. my wife came here to the US on a k1 visa. she received her 2 year greencard in 2021. when does the 30 month rule begin? does it begin when she first landed here, or does it begin after getting her 2 year greencard?
  2. my wifes 2 year greencard is coming to an end this year.. im thinking about just taking her to the mexican border..... i really am... she will gain her citizenship faster that way... no need to file for i-751....
  3. whats even the point of applying for a visa or greencard... just have your spouse/fiance show up at the mexican border, then say "no habla english". boom! you will be given free entry to the US, free healthcare, free phone, free housing, ect!!! and with a court date for 2027, they can pop out 10 little marias and jose jrs. those little kids will automatically be American citizens. then once they are ctizens, they will file for citizenships for their illegal parents.... gotta love how the system works for criminals....
  4. is it 6 months PER YEAR? does the timer resets every year? for example 4 months in 2023, and then 5 months in 2024. is that okay???
  5. i dont understand your question.. she first arrived to the USA on k1 visa in july 2020. She has lived in the USA for 30 months and 4 of them were outside of the US
  6. 100% agree!!!! our southern border is a complete joke... so many illegals are crossing into the US everyday and no one from the government bats an eye. i think the US goobermint has some type of deal with Mexico which is why they dont care about the southern border... but when someone from another country tries to come to the US, border patrol will watch them like a hawk... there is no other reasonable explanation...
  7. my wife currently has a 2 year k1 visa greencard. we will be filing for 10 year greencard in august 2023. my wife came to the USA in July 2020. we traveled for 4 months this year, and we plan on traveling again next year (2024). ive heard the it is dangerous if you travel for more than 6 months when you have a greencard and CBP might question why you are traveling alot. my question is: does 6 months traveling timer resets every year? for example, is it safe to travel for 4 months in 2022 and then travel for 5 months in 2024? thank you
  8. I did google it, but i just wanted to double check. Nothing wrong with double checking
