So there's no way to change the location of that interview to US?

My status in NVC says its F24 PRIORITY DATE: 25-MAR-2016 PD is not yer current

Now thats also a question sorta, since my status is a U4U parolee, and technically you cant change status from that, if im not wrong

Can i do it if petitioner is GC holder and not a citizen? Petition was by me mother, that is GC holder, I do also have a sister in US, she is a citizen.

Hey guys, maybe anyone had experience with this situation. I'd like to know if its possible to undergo the interview for an immigration case not in a consulate overseas, but in the US if you are currently reside here. Quick explanation, I am a Ukrainian citizen , that was forced to flee the war in the country and came to US with a U4U parol. I had the case to reunite with my US relative before I came here via U4U parol. So now it has received DQ and my interview will have to be in Poland. So wonder if i can change the interview location to US, instead of Poland.
