Ahh ok, thanks! Regarding applying for jobs - I meant it more like that they often mention 'Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship' ...which basically means you need valid visa for working. As you say this temporary GC should satisfy this requirement Do you know what documents are needed to open a bank account and set up health insurance? Thank you!

Hi, does anyone know if you can apply for jobs while waiting for your green card? And what else do you need to to be able to apply for jobs (work permit? SSN? GC? all of it?) Thank you!
