dandelion1 replied to Blueeyes1989's topic in Canada
Based on previous years of the IR/CR group spreadsheets, they have had interviews on 21st, 23rd dec and 30th dec, so very possible. They likely just close for the observed holidays -

https://www.visadoctor.ca/en/us-medical This includes the check list for all ages. You can either get an antibody test or just get the shots again. But some of them require multiple doses so I would start getting them now, also most of the doctors don't give the shots on the day. So you need to have them done before -

This thread is for all employment. It just started as an EB2. EB3 is definitely in the right place. Sometimes the mods don't always help.... Winicity you definitely should have been invited and you definitely are current and are before many of the people that received letters this week. I don't know what else to tell you than try your best to contact them. They will likely update the website this week, and we have seen invites through until may 2023. So thats people 6 months ahead of you getting invited. Definitely contact your lawyers -

They cleared 879 total visas. Previously it had been around 400, and they had increased it to 600 in march. That is a huge increase in capacity. Very good news. Now if they can just send out some more interview letters, that would be really nice -

Montreal was updating every month. But they progressed and there was a lot of people skipped by accident. They were getting contacted by too many people complaining they had been skipped. I believe they have temporarily taken it down, while they are dealing with that issue and are giving interviews to those who were skipped. I think it will come back on the same website. last update was Jan 2023 and there have been no further invites sent out for EB. -

I have restored it again, If anyone has input any data, please re-enter it. Thanks. Also I saw one singular post on reddit that someone got on IR1 interview a couple days ago... nobody else though. Not seen anyone with an EB visa though -

https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/14yZKxht6igwJPXPU0EehKmmN2hx1g3EchEuB5G0yNO4/edit#gid=0 I presume they are referring to the spreadsheet where we all put in our DQ dates etc. copied above I got the standard 60 day notice email last night. We were very excited only to be disappointed once again. -

I have restored and older version, to fix this problem. I have had to do this twice recently. Please do not alter this spreadsheet unless you are inputting your own data. I think someone is attempting to 'sort' the spreadsheet, but is only altering one column and therefore messing up the whole spreadsheet. Unless you have anything to add, please don't alter it. -

You don't need tax returns for employment based visa. But as always if you have these documents it never hurts to bring them. -

Returned means visiting for any length of time. If you have gone for a vacation/ to visit family you must have a police report from the last 2 years. As for the expiry date I am not sure. I have one from my home country (UK) and one from canada, but neither have an expiry date. So I don't have an answer for that one. -

Has anyone seen reports of anyone from any categories getting letters this month for May interview dates? There has been none that I have seen and still no update on the website in 2 months. It is so wild how inconsistent they are with everything... I wish I could understand the logic to help have a better guess of when we will be called.... -

There is about a 2 year wait currently. There is a whole thread about it. They are currently processing E visas from July 2022. So you are in for a long wait -

https://ca.usembassy.gov/embassy-consulates/consular-operations-updates/ This is montreals website of where they update what month they are working on in the backlog. Its updated once a month. They are currently on July 2022. So 20 months behind. So yes currently a 1.5-2 year delay. If you can go to any other embassy or apply using AOS it is highly recommended.
