We have a potentially tricky visa situation ahead of us and could do with some (any!) advice.
My husband is currently on an E2 as he's an investor in a US business. He may have an opportunity to work for another US-based, multi-national company as an employee (he previously worked for this company in the US on an L1).
He is a UK citizen, and we reside in the US. What is the best visa path that would allow him to leave the business he invested in and return to a company as an employee? Ideally, we don't want to leave the US to do this.
We'd be very grateful for any guidance!
