    Finallyyyy some good news ! Case number received and in transit.. NOA1 -18th Jan 2022 NOA2 - 10th March 2023 Case received at NVC - 31st May 2023 Case number received - 20th June 2023

    We got the same response from USCIS.. literally trying every avenue possible from senators to putting pressure on NVC to assist but still waiting here 😢... NOA2 March 10th as per actual NOA and March 13th as per USCIS website .

    We have been doing the same. Infact we sent out an email to the research email I'd but no help. All they say is we have your form copy and we will contact USCIS to locate your approved petition. When we checked with USCis two days back , they still haven't sent out our petition. I have already completed 60 days as per my NOA2 receipt date (10th March) ... It's extremely disappointing the way they are working. Are you serious April NOA2's have started receiving their case numbers ???

    I would suggest waiting untill Tuesday /Wednesday to send another inquiry as their timelines change every Monday. Hopefully they update the cases they are working on this Monday 🤞..

    its extremely disappointing to wait for god alone knows how much more time even after an approval...They have no set pattern of sending approved petitions to NVC... :(

    It's 13th march on the website and 10th March on the actual Notice. Is it the same case with you ?

    We did write an email on this I'd and attached our NOA2 copy. This is what they told us .. I mean it's just ridiculous at this point that people have to wait over 60 days just for cases to be entered in the system. And also I don't understand the pattern in which people are receiving case numbers. There are people who have received approvals after me and they have already received their case numbers.😔😶... Extremely disappointed ☹️

    Received a response now ! They still haven't received our case ! Even after ,60 days ! I seriously don't understand what's happening.

    Our NOA2 is March 10th . We sent our 6th inquiry yesterday 🤞 Hopefully we get some good news. What about you ?

    I hope they received it 🤞..I contacted them on 28th April and received a response on 1st may that they have seen the attached approval notice , they will contact USCIS to send my approved file . Then on 2nd may they sent another response that they haven't received my petition and there is a delay of 30 days to receive file from USCIS and current waiting times may differ.. So I decided to make the next inquiry once I complete 60 days which would be by Tuesday. Hopefully by then they would have updated their timelines too.

    Oh this seems to be a different email address. So you didn't send out an inquiry through their public form is it ?
