  1. Hi there, I have a question regarding the evidence requested to file for N-400 under the 3 year rule. I have received my conditional green card in August 2019, my 10 year green card in December 2022 and I am ready to file for citizenship. My evidence includes plenty of commingled finances proof (bank statements, credit card statements, tax returns, property tax, insurance cards etc). We also had a child together recently and I will be able to bring the birth certificate of my child during the interview. I am also including utility bills in the evidence. During these 3 last years, we changed addresses 4 times - and for 2 of these addresses (where we stayed respectively 4 months and 1.5 months), I have no utility bill or document with both our names on it. These are 2 properties that my wife bought to flip them over (this is her job), and where we stayed while we rented our main residence (I also have the lease agreement for that). Would you foresee this as an issue for the N-400 interview? As I am able to provide multiple finance proof for these 3 years I am not really concerned, but I prefer to ask. Thank you so much for your responses and help!
